Instructions to put video onto your iPod.
1. Save file to your computer hard drive
2. Start itunes
3. Select file on the top nav bar
4. Select import within file section
5. Locate and select the .m4v file which will then import the file to your library on itunes
6. Drag and drop the video as you would an mp3 song on your iPod.

Enjoy.
